Description
Portable electronic warfare system for detection, tracking, and defeat of small unmanned aerial systems in the tactical environment.
Overall Objective
Develop a man-portable or vehicle-mounted C-sUAS system using electronic warfare techniques to detect, identify, track, and neutralize Group 1-3 UAS threats.
Problem Statement
Small UAS threats are proliferating rapidly in conflict zones. Current kinetic solutions are expensive per engagement and create collateral damage risks. Electronic warfare approaches are needed that can defeat multiple simultaneous threats at lower cost per engagement.
Desired Solution
A multi-band RF detection and defeat system with AI-assisted threat classification, capable of simultaneous engagement of multiple UAS targets. Must be operable by personnel with minimal specialized training and integrate with existing air defense networks.
